Get the app on your phone
Pick your phone below — the steps are different on iPhone and Android.
On iPhone, PayInRussia runs as a web app: the same card and the same payments, opened straight from your Home Screen. There is nothing to download.
Open the web app in Safari
Go to app.payinrussia.com in Safari — web apps pinned from Safari behave best on iPhone.
Tap the Share button
The square with the arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen. On the newest iOS it sits behind the ⋯ button next to the address bar.
Choose “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down the share sheet if you don’t see it, then tap Add in the top corner.
Open PayInRussia from your Home Screen
The icon opens full screen and keeps you signed in, like any other app.
On Android you install the app straight from us, as an .apk file. Android is built to double-check any app that doesn’t come from Google Play, so it will ask you to confirm a few things along the way — every prompt you’ll see is listed below.
Download the .apk file
Use the button below. If the browser asks whether to keep the file, choose Download anyway.
On Samsung: pause Auto Blocker first
Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker → off. While it’s on, Samsung blocks every .apk install. Some newer Samsungs turn it back on by themselves after 30 minutes; otherwise switch it back on yourself when you’re done.
Allow your browser to install apps
Open the downloaded file. Android asks permission for this one app: tap Settings, turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back and tap Install.
Get past the Play Protect check
If Play Protect offers to scan the app, let it — then Install. If it still warns you, tap More details, then Install anyway. It checks every app from outside Google Play — it’s about where the app comes from, not what it does.
Open the app and sign in
Done. You can delete the .apk file and switch back on anything you paused.
